We want you to find your signature scent with zero pressure, which is why we offer a 14-day window to trial your full-size bottle after using the included sample. If it's not a perfect match, return the unopened full-size product for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Try the Sample First

  Every full-size fragrance comes with a 2ml sample vial. Use this to test the scent on your skin over several days before opening the main bottle.

  Initiate Your Return

  If the scent isn't for you, visit our online returns portal within 14 days of delivery to request a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack the Unopened Bottle

  Ensure the full-size product remains in its original, shrink-wrapped packaging. Securely pack it into the original shipping box to prevent damage.

• 4.
  Ship and Get Refunded

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once our team inspects the unopened bottle, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
